Cement render is a render type and is a very popular finish for properties. It’s made up of three main components: lime, sand and (of course) cement.
To improve your Cement Render formulation, HUA Chemical recommends using our cellulose ethers and redispersible polymer powder products, including HEMC (Hydroxyethyl Methyl Cellulose), HPMC (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose), and Redispersible Polymer Powder (RDP) as performance additives. As non-ionic water-soluble polymer additives, our HPMC and HEMC function as water retention agents, thickeners, and binders, helping to enhance the water retention, consistency, and workability of wall putty and cement-based materials. Meanwhile, RDP significantly improves bonding strength, flexibility, crack resistance, and durability. The combined use of these additives provides superior application performance, smoother finishing, and enhanced overall quality of cement plaster systems.
